UDCE was proud to be a part of TNDC's 1036 Mission development project - providing 83 affordable homes to low income and formerly homeless families. Our scope included civil engineering for site development, streetscape and stormwater management as well as dry utilities design and coordination. The new development features a large indoor community gathering/ activity room with a teaching kitchen, on site social services, and an outdoor courtyard.
