UDCE served as Civil Engineer of Record for civil site design, streetscape, and stormwater management for Natalie Gubb Commons, a Mercy Housing development project on Transbay Block 7. UDCE prepared the street improvement permit application and assisted the architect with OCII coordination for street and site approvals. The project required tight coordination with CalTrans and MTA for new off- ramp signals.

The LEED Gold development is comprised of three 4-6 story, interconnected buildings that provide 120 affordable housing units, a community room, a childcare center, and an open space courtyard.
