1036 MISSION HOUSING OPENS

UDCE was very excited to be a part of the Grand Opening of TNDC's 1036 Mission - providing 83 affordable homes to low income and formerly homeless families. Our scope included civil engineering for site development, streetscape and stormwater management as well as dry utilities design and coordination. The project is GreenPoint Rated with sustainable features such as solar domestic hot water, a recycled and reclaimed water system, high-efficiency lighting, and 84 indoor bicycle storage spaces for resident and staff use. The rooftop features a vegetable garden with amazing views of the city. Check out ABC News' feature video.
