CREATIVE STUDENT HOUSING

Blattner Hall is ready to house up to 200 art students at California College of the Arts (CCA). Designed by Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects to alleviate the housing crisis' impact on students, this high-density development provides affordable four-bedroom apartments, complete with small living/dining rooms and kitchenettes. The ground floor features retail space, a large common room, laundry, and storage for up to 80 bikes. UDCE provided dry utilities joint trench coordination and composite design of electrical, telephone and cable television vaults and system in the surrounding streets and sidewalks for this GreenPoint Platinum development.
